Opus 1619

1619 is an important milestone for Château Bonisson as it is the date of the first stone of the bastide. This date can still be seen on top of one of the bastide's door which gave the name to our first vintage.

Available soon in red after aging in barrels.

La Petite Causerie

But why this name "La Petite Causerie?"

"Causerie" is a casual word in French used for time spent with friends discussing small matters. In old French, the verb "bonnir" meant "small talk, chat", which would have given the name to Château Bonisson, with two "n" at the time. Château Bonisson offers a wine for pleasure and a wine to be shared with friends.

La Petite Causerie is available in white and rosé, 75cL.

Elaborated from Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc, La Petite Causerie White presents delicate notes of citrus and pineapple with a fresh and pleasant frame.

La Petite Causerie Rosé presents delicate notes of peach and lychee with a tonic and greedy mouth.
